It all began over 100 years ago with a small farm in idyllic Weissenbach. In the 1970s, the Tobanelli family opened their doors to guests – initially with simple rooms. Today, in its fourth generation, a modern 3-star superior Hotel with a restaurant and wellness area awaits you. What has remained, however, is what has always mattered: genuine warmth and a heartfelt family welcome.
Everyone has their part to play
The senior owners, Alois and Karin, will greet you with a smile at the bar or reception. The son Armin lives out his passion in the kitchen – with dishes that surprise and delight. The daughter Judith, as sauna master and hiking guide, ensures your well-being: between fragrant steam and sunny peaks. Together they form the foundation of the Murrer.
Crafts from our own forest
Nearly 90% of the hotel consists of larch and spruce wood – harvested in our own forest and processed with great attention to detail. As you wander through the rooms, you feel this naturalness in every breath. It’s a little piece of home that surrounds you and offers warmth.
